  3. Intake (5 minutes)You answer the six questions below by email so the session starts with context.
  4. Working session (30 minutes)On a screen-share you control, we go through your last 90 days of proposals. Or share an export with only the fields listed below.
  5. Delivery within 24 hoursYou receive one Google Doc with the ranked revival list, 10 follow-up emails and a 7-day schedule. One round of edits within 3 days.

Intake questions

  1. What services do you sell, and what is a typical first-year client value?

  3. Where are deals tracked today (CRM name, spreadsheet, inbox)?
  4. Who follows up after a proposal goes out, and when?
  5. Paste one follow-up email you've sent that you liked, so the new ones match your voice.
  6. Is there anyone we should not contact or mention?
