Terms of service

These terms apply to the Revival Sprint and the Pipeline Fix provided by Siddhant Bhendkar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Each engagement is confirmed by a written invoice that states its price, scope and deadline.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are fixed: $199 for the Revival Sprint and $599 for the Pipeline Fix. Payment is made upfront by card or PayPal through a secure invoice. Work begins once payment clears. The $199 Sprint fee is credited against the Pipeline Fix if you upgrade within 14 days.

Deadlines and refunds

The Revival Sprint is delivered within 24 hours of the working session. The Pipeline Fix is delivered within 3 business days of the intake call. If a deadline is missed for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund on request. If you cancel before the session or intake call, you receive a full refund. Once deliverables are delivered on time, fees are non-refundable.

Revisions

The Sprint includes one round of edits within 3 days of delivery. The Pipeline Fix includes two rounds within 7 days of handover. New features or extra work are quoted in writing before they start.

What is not promised

The deliverables and deadlines are guaranteed. Replies, meetings, closed deals and revenue depend on your buyers and are not guaranteed.

Your data

Passwords are never requested. Access to your systems happens only on a screen-share you control or through an export you choose. Deal data is used only for your project and exports are deleted within 30 days of handover. See the privacy notice.

Ownership

Once paid, everything delivered to you (lists, emails, tracker, guides) is yours to use and adapt in your business. Underlying templates and methods may be reused in anonymised form for other clients.
